THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.2745 of 2009 ORDER:

Mr. V.V.N.K. Sarath Saran holding for Mr. S. Ashok Anand Kumar, counsel for petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The submission is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, no order need be passed in WPMP.No.5530 of 2009 and accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
