This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.98 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nizamabad Women Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 494 IPC.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the first respondent-State, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing of criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
