HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 23084 of 2006 O R D E R:

When the writ petition came up for hearing, it is submitted that now the petitioner is aged about 54 years and no purpose would be served if the petitioner is reinstated. In the light of the above submission, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met, if the respondents are directed to pay the service benefits to the petitioner for which he is entitled to before his removal, if not paid to him, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
