HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Revision Case No.1230 of 2007 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order dated 01-06-2007 in M.C.No.109 of 2005 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, allowing the petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant maintenance by awarding an amount of Rs.1,500/- per month to the 1st petitioner and Rs.1,000/- per month to the 2nd petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both parties have represented that the subject matter of the Criminal Revision Case no longer survives and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
