When the matter was called on 08.06.2015, there was no representation for the appellant and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 12.06.2015. From 23.06.2015, the matter underwent three adjournments under the caption 'for dismissal' and again appeared in today's list under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter appeared in the list under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. In consequence, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
