Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 6.

The grievance of the petitioner is about non-consideration of the representation dated 18.10.2019 said to have been submitted by him before respondent No.1-Commissioner of Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad, with respect to the amendment of the byelaws of Karimnagar Cooperative Urban Bank Limited and conducting of elections to the Managing Committee of the Bank.

Considering the nature of relief sought, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 18.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
