Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, none appeared for the respondents 5 and 6, but in view of the relief sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The petitioner states that she is the owner and possessor of the agricultural lands of an extent of Acs.6.03 guntas situated in various survey numbers, situated at Kishen Nagar Village, Farooq Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which was purchased under two registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.7070 and 7071 of 2014, dated 15.09.2014. Since the date of the purchase of the property, she has been in possession of the same. Her application for mutation of her name in the revenue records is pending. While so, the vendors of the petitioner filed O.S.Nos.

221 and 222 of 2014 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Shadnagar, for cancellation of the registered Agreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney executed on 13.03.2013. Though they filed applications for interim injunction, the said petitions were dismissed on 18.12.2014. According to the petitioner, the said order has become final. In spite of the same, when the respondents 5 and 6 tried to interfere with the land of the petitioner and offered residential plots to third parties without obtaining appropriate permission from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, the present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to hear the petitioner in the event of the respondents 5 and 6 making any application for approval of the Layout of the plots in the total extent of Acs.6.

In view of the innocuous prayer in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent, if he receives any application from the respondents 5 and 6 for approval of Layout in respect of the above land, to issue appropriate notice to the petitioner and hear the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
