This Contempt Case arises out of non-implementation of the order dated 28.03.2005 in WPMP.No.3040 of 2005 in WP.No.23041 of 2001. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that WP.No.23041 of 2001 itself was disposed of subsequently on 25.11.2010. In view of the disposal of the main Writ Petition, no further proceedings can be taken up in the present Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
