No representation for the sole petitioner/accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the concerned police filed charge sheet and cognizance was taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Machilipatnam, in C.C.No.263 of 2014 and an award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 13.02.2016 by compounding the offences.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
