THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7509 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.66 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC and Section 5 of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
