ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.27.1.2014 in W.P.M.P. No.2080 of 2014 in W.P. No.1738 of 2014. By the above-mentioned order, this Court has restrained the respondent from proceeding further in pursuance of Memo dated 16.1.2014. Alleging violation of this order, this contempt case is filed.
The respondent has filed a counter affidavit wherein he has inter alia stated that after receipt of the contempt notice he has gone to his previous place of working and after verification of record he has found discrepancy in entering names and on the advise of the Government Pleader he has requested the present Tahsildar to revoke the erroneous entries by addressing letter dt.25.6.2015 and that accordingly the successor Tahsildar has rectified the entries and restored the same as they stood prior to issuing Memo dt.16.1.2014.
