I.A.No.2 of 2024 This I.A., is filed seeking recall of the order of this Court dated 14.10.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he was made as a party respondent No.10 in the writ petition, he was not given any notice at the time of disposal of the writ petition and that the respondents also have not issued any notice to him before complying with the directions of this Court in regularizing the plots of the writ petitioner's association.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the respondents have issued proceedings dated 12.05.2025 intimating the fee to

OFFICE NOTE be paid for the LRS Scheme and the final proceedings are yet to be issued.

In these circumstances, this Court deems it fit and proper to modify the final order of this Court dated 14.10.2024 by inserting the following at the end of Para-3:

"It is needless to mention that the respondents shall issue notices to all the concerned including the respondent No.10 in the writ petition".

The review application is accordingly, ordered.

Registry is directed to issue fresh amended copy of the order accordingly.
