IANO: 10F 2023 Petition under Section 1 51 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Haya{hnagar, Ranga Reddy District at Hayathnagar to dispose of the l.A-No.137 of 2O2O in O.S.No.198 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of Two Weeks.

THE IION'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3154 of 2o23 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, aggrieved by the non disposal of the orders in I.A.No.137 of 2O2O lr O.S.No.198 of 2O2O preferred by the petitioners before the Court below 2.

Heard Mr. C. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. J. Ashwini Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have filed LA.No.137 of 2O2O in O.S.No.198 of 2O20 seeking a direction to appoint Advocate Commissioner to fix the boundaries, but so far, the said I.A is not disposed of by the Court below. Therefore, appropriate orders be passed in the Civil Revision Petition by directing the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.137 of 2O2O in O.S.No.198 of 2O2O as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period four (4) weeks.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents had contended that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of the said I.A 5.

This Court having considered the rival submissions made by the parties is of the considered view that the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of I.A.No. 137 of 2O2O in O.S.No.198 of 2O2O tiled by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
