This writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both parties.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing notice of Revocation in Lr.No.86474/JAGI/0630/2021 dated 05.11.2021 in revoking the building permit No.86474/JAGI/0630/ 2021 dated 02.10.2021 granted for construction of Ground + 1 Upper Floor situated at H.No.7-4-265/1/D/N/A/1 in an extent of 158.43 sq. yds. in Sy.No.514/^HH of Mothe Sivar, Jagityal Town & District vide TS-bPASS as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019 and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23100 of 2021 dated 21.09.2021 and contends that the present writ petition be allowed in terms of the above said order. 4.

Learned Government Pleader and the Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents did not dispute the said submission. 5.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 21.09.2021 in W.P.No.23100 of 2021, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. No order as to costs.
