THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31607 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representations, dated 19.08.2017 and 10.09.2017, to the 2nd respondent, Commissioner of Excise and Prohibition, Hyderabad, and the same may be considered by the 2nd respondent strictly in accordance with law.
On the other hand, learned Government Pleader submits that the said representations will be considered and appropriate action will be taken before proceeding with grant of licence.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representations, dated 19.08.2017 and 10.09.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law before granting any licence in the said area. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
