THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO COMPANY APPLICATION No.1832 of 2015 in COMPANY APPLICATION No.1003 of 2008 in COMPANY PETITION No.57 of 1999 ORDER:

This application is filed seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to execute sale deed conveying Quarter No. TRT-200 to the applicant.

The applicant states that she is the wife of one Late Rajaiah who was an employee of the respondent company. He was allotted a residential quarter bearing No.TRT-200. Earlier he filed a Company Application in C.A.No.1003 of 2008 seeking permission to purchase the said residential quarter from the company under liquidation and the same was allowed on 26.03.2009. But unfortunately, after the said order, he died on 10.12.2011 leaving behind the applicant. The applicant filed a copy of Certificate of Death and Family Member Certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Kaghaznagar Mandal, in support of her claim.

The report of the Official Liquidator does not indicate any objection except stating that another application in C.A.No.1896 of 2015 is pending, claiming the same quarter. Though the same quarter was claimed in C.A.No.1896 of 2015, there was no order of this Court permitting the applicant in C.A.No.1896 of 2015 to purchase the said quarter.
