THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 21023 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader of Home.

With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of official respondents in interfering in civil litigation pending at various Courts in respect of land in Survey No.125 admeasuring Acs.13.21 guntas situated at Tekulapally Village, Maktal Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere in the said land.

The grievance of the petitioners appears to be that the third respondent is trying to interfere with the subject property and forcing them to settle the dispute. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent not to interfere with the land in Survey No.125 admeasuring Acs.13.21 guntas, situated at Tekulapally Village, Maktal Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, except following due process of law. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
