O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing proceedings dated 21.03.2003, deleting the name of the petitioner from selected list, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court while admitting the writ petition, granted the following interim order:

"Prima facie, it is evident that the petitioner was included in the list after selection and his name was deleted without notice to him. Under these circumstances, pending further orders, the petitioner shall be continued to be engaged on usual terms." Later, when vacate petition is filed, the same was dismissed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ravi Babu, learned Standing counsel for APSRTC.

Today when the matter is taken up hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of interim orders passed by this Court, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 17.06.2009, as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
