This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 29.3.2016 passed in E.P. No.7 of 2015 in O.S. No.72 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of the E.P., on 05.8.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the office note, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
