THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.27559 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.RT.No.349 Revenue (Endowments.II) Department, dated 06.08.2016 in respect of subject temple, as arbitrary and illegal.

At the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
