HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25509 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not registering complaint dated 05.07.2018, lodged by the petitioner against the respondents 3 to 8.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that petitioner was asked to submit some documents with regard to complaint lodged by him on 05.07.2018; that till date the petitioner did not produce the relevant documents for the purpose of enquiry; and that as and when the petitioner approaches the 2nd respondent along with relevant documents, necessary action will be taken. In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner in terms the guidelines of the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC1. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 24.07.2018 tk.
