The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.351 of 2015 on the file of the Court of II Metropolitan Magistrate (For Railways), Secunderabad. 2.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
