O R D E R

Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation submits that consequent to the order of this court in setting aside of the impugned action of the respondent - Corporation in canceling the Special Grade / Stagnation increment granted to the writ petitioners, Corporation has restored the said increment, and the amounts recovered from the writ petitioners, were being refunded, and out of five petitioners, three of them, were already refunded and he filed memo dated 15.02.2019 showing the details of the cheques issued to the said three petitioners. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners did not dispute the same.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
