THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI ORDER:

When the matter was listed on 23.1.2015, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed to post the writ petition on 27.1.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner and once again the matter was called in the post-lunch session, still there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution. For the foregoing reasons, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
