This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.270 of 2014, pending on the file of the Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Yellamanchili, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 19.01.2018, before the Registry.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
