This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.8 to 10 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.75 of 2017 of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad City. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.8 to 10 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is filed in the subject crime. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
