The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof made herein and upon hearing the arguments of GP FOR SERVICES I (AP) Advocate for the Petitioners SRI B. SUDHAKAR REDDY for the Respondent No.1 and the Court made the following.
Sri B. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the 1st respondent - employee would suggest that instead of admitting the case, the matter may be heard at this stage itself in as much as he is a retired employee and the relief granted by the Tribunal relates to terminal benefits. We could see the merit behind the suggestion made by Sri B . Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the 1st respondent - employee. But, however, the learned Government Pleader would urge that the Tribunal, in the meantime, is proceeding in a hurry with the Contempt Case initiated by the employee. Therefore, we stay the
proceedings of the Contempt Case initiated by the 1st respondent until further orders are passed in writ petition. Post the writ petition for further consideration for admission on 06.10.2015.
