This petition is filed seeking to modify the order dated 21.5.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.727 of 2015 by the X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirupati, FAC:V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirupati. The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge granted bail to the petitioners subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- each and two sureties furnishing immovable property security within the jurisdiction of the Court of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tirupati to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate.

Now, the petitioners seek to modify the condition of immovable property security within the jurisdiction of the Court of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition of immovable property security within the jurisdiction of the said Magistrate is modified to that of the immovable property security within jurisdiction of the State of A.P.
