THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 10513 of 2023 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.297 of 2023 on the file of Regonda Police Station, Jayashanker Bhupalpally District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 323, 506 and 306 read with Sections 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

As seen from the record placed before this Court, the complaint was lodged on 08.10.2023 alleging that as there were differences in relation to the property, accused No.2 and the petitioners herein have abused the victim and beaten him with chappal. Unable to bear the insult in the public for beating with chappal, the victim attempted suicide. The victim was taken to hospital and after treatment he was let out.

Keeping in view the litigation in respect of the disputed property and the petitioners herein are women, the petitioners/accused Nos.1
and 3 can be granted the relief of anticipatory bail, subject to the following conditions:
1) The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 3 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Regonda Police Station, Jayashanker Bhupalpally District, on or before 30.10.2023. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, on every Monday, for a period of eight(8) weeks between 10.00 A.M. and 1.00 P.M. and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
3) The petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
