THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1623 of 2022 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24658 of 2021.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue has stated that in compliance with the order dated 04.10.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24658 of 2021, the Tahsildar, Geesugonda Mandal, has issued a Memo vide Rc.No.B/636/2021, dated 22.09.20221, directing the petitioner to file an appropriate application in Dharani Portal either under TM 24 Module or TM 26 Module for taking necessary action in the matter.

Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed and the petitioner is directed to make an online application through Dharani Portal, as directed by the Tahsildar, Geesugonda Mandal vide Memo dated 22.09.2022, within a period of two weeks from today. On

such application being made, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
