ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 07.04.2015 in I.A.No.311 of 2015 in O.S.No.435 of 2012 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.

Today, this Court has dismissed C.R.P.No.2025 of 2015 with certain observations. Having regard to the said order, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.2704 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for expedite hearing of the revision shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
