This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.54 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Atmakur Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned court. Permission is granted.
