This is an application for transfer of Maintenance Case. 2.

Though this transfer application is pending here from September, 2015, there is no interim order interdicting the proceedings before the Court below. There is no submission today that the proceedings are still pending and that the present situation also requires the transfer to be ordered. Under such circumstances, there is no continued requirement to consider this application. 3.

Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
