No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that on charge sheet being filed, committal proceedings were taken up and Sessions Case No.159 of 2015 was assigned and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
