THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3825 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking direction to the respondents not to force petitioner No.2 to vacate agricultural land admeasuring 2.40 Hectares in Survey No.55 of Manturu Revenue Village, Devipatnam Mandal, East Godavari District, pursuant to an order passed in ADO LTR No.66 of 2011, dated 28.12.2013. The petitioners state that the said order was passed against petitioner No.1, but petitioner No.2 is in possession of the land. There is a remedy of appeal against the order, dated 28.12.2013, and if petitioner No.2 is aggrieved of the same, he should have taken appropriate steps in accordance with law. In view of availability of alternative remedy of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present with petition, but gives liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy of appeal. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
