Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home states that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.529/2018, dated 23.07.2018 was registered against respondents 4 to 8.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
