HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.352 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 from the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet, and transfer the same to Family Court, Hyderabad.

2. Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was solemnized on 19.02.2014 at Narsaraopet and marriage was not yet consummated due to health reasons of respondent and due to misunderstandings. She stated that due to disputes they are living separately and respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 before Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet, seeking dissolution of marriage. She stated that she is living at Hyderabad and respondent is working at Bangalore and he intentionally filed H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 at Narsaraopet and no prejudice would be caused if H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 is transferred to Hyderabad. She stated that Hyderabad is more convenient for respondent to travel from Bangalore. She further stated that it is difficult for her to travel from Hyderabad to Narsaraopet being resident of Hyderabad. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 from Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet, to Family Court, Hyderabad.

3. Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

4. Heard advocate for petitioner.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the convenience of wife, H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 is withdrawn from Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet, and transferred to Family Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.

7. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
