At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to renew his request after filing of charge sheet in the present crime.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request after filing of charge sheet in the present crime.
