B/O ns 29.08.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.2 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in Crl.Petition No.9701 of 2021 upon the petitioner/Accused that he should appear before the Directorate of Enforcement on the last Friday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court. He further submits that in this case the complaint is being filed.

On instructions learned Special counsel appearing for respondent filed counter. He further submits that the investigation is complete and the complaint is yet to be filed.

Keeping in view that the investigation is complete, the condition imposed in I.A.No.01 of 2022 upon the petitioner/Accused in Crl.Petition No.9701 of 2021 on 17.02.2022, is hereby relaxed. However, petitioner/Accused shall appear before the concerned Directorate of Enforcement authorities as and when required, till filing of the complaint.

Accordingly, this IA is ordered.
