Heard Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri MSR Chandramurthy, learned special counsel for respondents 3 to 4.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant at Kummari Gunta Village, Veeragattam Mandal, Srikakulam District under MGNREGS in the year 2007. On certain charges, an enquiry was held against the petitioner and he was removed from service vide orders dated 21.11.2014 of the 4th respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that none of the charges relate to misappropriation of amounts and the removal order was passed without considering the material available on record. In any event, the petitioner preferred an appeal against the impugned order, which is now pending before the 3rd respondent.

4. In view of the pendency of the appeal, the 3rd respondent-Appellate Authority is directed to hear and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law and pass appropriate final orders thereon, by considering the contentions urged by the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of at the state of admission. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
