THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4748 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner- accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.141 of 2015 on the file of the Trimulgherry Police Station, Secunderabad. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 417, 468, 471 and 120-B r/w.34 IPC.

The allegations against the petitioner is that she sold the property to the de facto complainant and after getting the documents registered, one Ameeta Singh claimed the property purchased by her earlier to the de facto complainant and thereby the petitioner cheated the de facto complainant. The truth or otherwise of the above allegations can be ascertained during enquiry of the case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation against the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J April 06, 2016.
