THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37581 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not considering his case for notional promotion as Prohibition & Excise Superintendent in 2008-09 panel year on par with Sri C. Ashok Kumar in spite of decision taken in proceedings Cr.No.6755/2013/CPE/A2, dated 14.10.2016 of the second respondent recommending the same and suggesting for taking up necessary action by reviewing seniority list through a DPC. Petitioner had given a representation on 27.10.2016 to the first respondent to implement the recommendation contained in the proceedings dated 14.10.2016 of the second respondent and contends that the first respondent has not taken any action thereon.
Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents states that the first respondent will consider the said representation dated 27.10.2016 made by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.10.2016 of
the petitioner made to the first respondent within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before affecting any promotions to the next higher grade.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
