This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 03.03.2011 in I.A.No.1115 of 2010 in O.S.No.1053 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, Advocate representing Sri D.Hanumanth Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
