HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4819 OF 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his lands to an extent of Ac.2.20 cents in Survey No.152 of Lakkonda Village, Gangavaram (Agency) Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions submits that the official respondents are not interfering with the petitioner's possession over subject land and that if the said land is required by them, they will follow due process of law.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
