The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Contempt Case No.2398 of 2015

ORDER

This Court, by order dated 01.10.2015 in W.P.No.32082 of 2015, passed the following order;

" Notice before admission returnable in four weeks. The Tahsildar, Nizamabad (4th respondent) shall look into the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments, Nizamabad (3rd respondent) in Rc.No.A/1403/11, dated 10.04.2015, take a decision on the matter referred, and communicate the decision to the petitioner through the 3rd respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader placed on record the letter No.A5/13245/2015 dated 12.01.2016 of Tahsildar addressed to the Assistant Commissioner, Endowment Department, Nizamabad. This letter is in response to the letter of the Assistant Commissioner, dated 10.04.2015 and the Assistant Commissioner was informed that the lands mentioned in the said letter are not classified as endowment lands according to the revenue records. This letter is in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court. The said letter is taken on record.

3. Therefore, in view of the said letter, it cannot be said that

the respondents have violated the orders of this Court. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
