These petitions are filed, under Section 482 CrPC, to quash the proceedings against these petitioners, who are accused in Crime No.98 of 2018 pending on the file of Begumpet Women Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The petitioners raise several contentions and the investigation is not yet commenced. But, however, the Apex court in " Raj esh Sh ar m a v. St at e of U.P.1" , laid down certain guidelines to be followed. In view of the guidelines prescribed in Raj esh Sh ar m a's case (supra), the matter has to be referred before the Family Counseling Centre established in terms of the directions of the apex court. The Station House Officer, Begumpet Women Police Station, Hyderabad, is directed to adhere to the guidelines issued by the apex court in Raj esh Sh ar m a's case (supra).

With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
