I.A.No.4 of 2019 is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to record the compromise in terms of the compromise memo dated 30.11.2019 and to dispose of the A.S.No.555 of 2016 in terms of the said compromise.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record. Respondent Nos.2 to 7 are not necessary parties vide cause title. The appellant Nos.1 and 7 and respondent No.1 died. 3.

The appellant Nos.2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 and respondent Nos.8 and 9 are present before this Court and produced copy of their Aadhaar Cards to prove their identity and they are also identified by their respective counsel on record. 4.

The appellant Nos.2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 and respondent Nos.8 and 9 have filed compromise memo dated 30.11.2019 stating that the subject matter of the Appeal is compromised outside the Court. Both parties admitted the terms and conditions of the said compromise memo and also admitted that they have voluntarily entered into the compromise and ultimately prayed this Court to allow the I.A.No.4 of 2019 and to dispose of A.S.No.555 of 2016 in terms of the compromise entered in between them.

Under these circumstances, I.A.No.4 of 2019 is allowed and consequently, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of compromise memo dated 30.11.2019 entered in between the appellant Nos.2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 and respondent Nos.8 and 9. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise, dated 30.11.2019, to the decree.
