When the matter was listed on 04.10.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused was not present and there was no representation on his behalf, therefore the matter was directed to be listed on 10.10.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

When the matter is listed today, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present and there is no representation on his behalf. This petition is of the year 2011 and it shows the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim stay granted by this Court on 29.01.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.765 of 2011 is hereby vacated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
