THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.22011 of 2014 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed in relation to the measures initiated by the State Bank of India under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S.Prasad, learned panel counsel for the State Bank of India, would now inform this Court that the loan account, in relation to which SARFAESI proceedings were initiated leading to the filing of this writ petition, was closed thereafter upon payment of amounts as per the compromise proposal to the bank's satisfaction.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
