The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondents in registering F.I.R based on the direction issued by the VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally vide SR.No.1405 of 2019 for the offences under Section 323 and 506 of I.P.C and Section 3 (1) (f) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 03.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that based on the Court referred complaint a case was registered in Cr.No.411 of 2019 for the offences under Section 323 and 506 of I.P.C and Section 3 (1) (f) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on the file of Kukatpally Police Station on 09.07.2019 and the case is under investigation for collection of evidence.

Having regard to the said submissions made and since the main grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition relating to respondent police authorities not registering the case based on the complaint forwarded by the VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally stands redressed, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
